Concord or Catawba
 

My wife wants me to try to make some Catawba or Concord wine. Does anyone
have a good recipe? Maybe with my previous post, someone could provide me
with a good recipe, and people on this newsgroup could walk me through the
entire process start to finish. I know that is asking a lot, but I want to
learn how to make good wine as promptly as I can.

John - If these were my choices I would make Catawba over Concord...but
that's just my preference. Go to
