Default bottling after gelatine fining

I've used gelatine for the first time on a pesky Chardonnay that was
refusing to clear otherwise. The fining lees seems more compact than
other finings, so I'm wondering if it's ok to bottle directly from the
carboy with the lees or if I have to rack first, let things settle for
a week or two and only then bottle?

Thx,

Pp
