Default Cranberry wine fruit flavor to strong and sweet

I have some cranberry wine in the final stages of the secondary fermentation. Is it possible to use the current solution and just start over with some more water, sugar and yeast ? I used 3 lbs of fruit for each gallon of water. the starting SG was 1.090 and is now 1.035 It has been in the carboy 45 days and has is not releasing any measurable gas
