As a newbie to wine making I have starting reading library books on the
subject, in all I have read so far include the addition of grape
concentrate.
I have recently started growing a lot of fruit and vegetables on a newly
acquired allotment, and wish to make good quality home made wines, where can
I find good old fashioned recipes?
Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Tez.
