Default first Batch

My first batch off wine is complete :-), just to age it now I tasted it ad
its drinkable now so it must only get better althougth the flavour is not
developed much the alchohol comes through alot and its very astringent. I
got 6 full bottles and one of those dumpy wine bottles (3rd of size). I know
have a red on te go using oak too and tannin.

Congratulations. 6 bottles. I hope you have some more going by now. That
might last me about 2 weeks if I conserved. (and did not share.)
