Thanks to the group
I just wanted to send this note of thanks to all the regular contributors to
this group, especially those who answered my getting started questions a few months ago. Today I bottled a chardonnay that I started from a kit a few months ago. I'm shocked by how good it is. Clear, crisp & dry. After this success, it's going to take extra will power to remain patient with the various reds that I have aging in the basement! Thanks again! Dave |
Thanks to the group
We should all give thanks to contributors on this side occasionally. I
certainly get a lot out of the answers to my questions and the answers to others. I concur that many of the kit whites that I have made are ready to drink immediately after bottling with no aging at all. In fact, I have found that a year later they may be on the decline.
