Orange Wine from Recipe (1)
 

I made some orange wine last March using the jackkeller Orange Wine (2)
recipe. It looks good and smells good but letting it continue to age
for the year. I would like to try the Orange Wine (1) recipe because it
seems to be messy and less work. Has anyone tried and/or compared the
two recipes?
