Default Blending Zinfandel

My Zin this year is just finishing malo after a two-week fermentation.
I even drained off 25% of the juice to help concentrate flavors. But
the taste & color right now are a bit thin, so I'm thinking I'll need
to blend. Anyone have any luck blending specifically with Malbec (the
other grape I'm doing)? The Malbec is just starting fermentation, but
appears to be more the style of the Zin I was hoping for.

I imagine a Malbec/Zin blend would be great, but I've never done it.

winepress.us is getting a lot more traffic than this group. You might
want to post your question there, if you haven't already blended these
wines.
