If it involves a plastic shopping bag, it has made the rounds here before.
Not saying that someone else might not benefit from it... Regardless, type
"remove cork from bottle" into Google and same said video using plastic bag
is already available many places.

You can do this with a cloth napkin ( which is more convenient at
dinner parties, anyway). Instead, all you do is push half the napkin
in the bottle so that it opens up a bit . When you tip the bottle sdo
the cork comes back toward the neck, you need to get the cork to lay
flat on the napkin. As you pull the napkin out, it wraps around the
cork.- the rest is the same as the bag.
