Any ideas how alcohol tolerant Wyeast MLF culture is? Or any MLF
culture for that matter.

think I read on an instruction sheet 14%...but I'd check their web
site to be sure.

If you're looking for high alcohol tolerance, Hansen CH 16 goes up to
16% alcohol. The "standard" ones are usually around 13-14%.
