Wine blending question
I am sitting with 168 liters of Lemburger that is high in acid, light
in color and body with a good fruit taste. A friend of mine suggested I blend it with white wine add some glycerin and make a rose. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to making a potable blend with my Lemburger? Thank you in advance. |
