Evening-
After reading a great book on wine operations I believe it's within my grasp to build an Ebulliometer. Since I enjoy building my own gear, anyone done this before? If so.... suggestions before I start? I've already drawn up some nice plans on paper using copper pipe, etc, and a digital thermometer capable of reading 0.1C; calibration is offset based. If no one's done it, I'll report when I finish. Figure it'll go in my book when I finish... Jason |

I would be very interested to hear more about how you intend to do
this, or get reports on how well it works. An ebulliometer is still the most imporant tool that I DON'T have in the winery.
