A tongue-in-cheek comment from Natalie MacLean in "Wine Speak",
Saltscapes/Readers' Digest Canadian edition Sept 06:

"Describing wine often has a faint whiff of condenscension over a robust
layer of barnyard by-product."

I found it quite funny.

I've had that wine! I think it was Chateau Haut Nez, the '03 vintage...
