If you have not done so already, find someone who has one,
talk with them about it, and watch it in operation. The
machine may be quality, but clogged filters are a real
pain.

Musca.com puts it on sale once in a while; that is where I got mine.
They are in Ottawa. If you are in the US you should ask Carmen for a
final 'out the door' price. I don't think GST or duty applies if you
only spend so much.

OR... you can build your own with a food grade pump and a cartridge
filter.
