7 Fishes
Some of you may have heard of the 7 fishes Christmas Dinner. For those who
have not its a dinner in which 7 different fishes are severed. Now for the question. What would be a good food match? Also, would you serve different wines of the same through dinner? I have a fairly good selection of home made wines both red and white. Tom -- |

Not very usefull, but I have some Muscat that has an aftertaste like
cooked Cod... you'd be welcome to it ;-) *ducks* Tom wrote: > Some of you may have heard of the 7 fishes Christmas Dinner. I would say you could match any food to the fish that you like. I would
suggest some nice steamed vegetables. As far as a wine is concerned, a crisp dry to medium dry white would be traditional but a light bodied red would work as well.
