Default Making wine from Vitis Californica grapes

Has anyone on this forum made wine from Roger's Red (vitis californica)
grapes?

I'm helping some friends put in a small vineyard and I wanted to use a
few native grape vines. My first choice was the Arizona grape, but so
far I haven't been able to find any vines. I've been told that you can
make a pretty good wine from Arizona grapes, but I'm not sure about
Roger's Red.

Thanks,

Greg G.
