A Concord Grape Recipe that worked for me.
I just bottled a Welch's grape wine that came out splendidly - to my
surprise. Basically, I made sure that I didn't add any acids to the batch. I added one banana to a 5-gallon batch and a box of rasins. After stabilizing I let it sit for 6 months on franch oak chips medium toast. . |
A Concord Grape Recipe that worked for me.
Wow. Sounds interesting. Was it WHITE grape juice? Raisins and banana's
sounds like it would add body from what I've read, so this is interesting. I am thinking I can make a kind of grappa from the rasins that are left over, but i am not sure yet. |
