I have a few Regent grape plants. I did a test for you.
I squeezed a grape berry and noted that there was nice red colour that
stained my finger. Not like when you squeeze a pinot noir and get no
colour. Therefore I don't believe you would be able to make white wine
from Regent. (You can make make white wine from Pinot Noir by pressing
immediately.
enjoy

Many thanks.
As I don't like the wine I made of them last year I will try to make a
rosé-wine this year.
Greetings
