Default blackberry & sloe wine (UK)

I am fortunate to have a great crop of both blackberries & sloes in my
garden this year. I would normally make blackberry & elderberry wine (5
lbs blackberry, 2 lbs elderberry per gallon). However, has anyone tried
making blackberry & sloe? As the sloes are quite acidic I presume some
pH balancing will be needed as well as pectolase treatment.

Cheers,

Paul.
