1994 Clos Pegase Napa Valley Cabernet
 

My local wine store has this bottle for $39.99. That seems like a
steal. Or has the Cab peaked and that is why it is so cheap?

It's cheap because they got it from their local distributor for $15.00.
For $39.99 it's worth opening. If it tastes like plonk bring the bottle
back.
