Default Seghesio Sangiovese '99

I really enjoyed a later vintage (2003) of this wine, and I am now trying to
locate additional bottles. The closest I can find is a '99. Can anyone tell
me whether this will compare well to my earlier experience, and/or whether a
'99 is past its prime?
