Lord St Helier in Provence
So Lord St Heller does not spit young barrel samples. I suggest that you
do not take him to Chablis to taste barrel samples, especially wines made in the old style without malolactic fermentation. I have heard that if one does not spit young Chablis, one often becomes an expert on the location of water closets in the Chablis area long before becoming an expert on the wines. I believe some call this effect the scours :-) . Reply to . |

Cjoint is a service whereby you can upload photos and get a link to enable others to read them. http://cjoint.com/ You were cogitating about where to put photos of their lord and ladyship. For example. If anyone were to wonder what wines Bill Spohn had at the Brown bag tasting we attended, I could just upload the photo there and then publish the link here, thus:- http://cjoint.com/?jwx6veYeoz -- All the Best Ian Hoare http://www.souvigne.com mailbox full to avoid spam. try me at website |
