This bottle was opened with tonight's dinner of grilled King Chinook
salmon, corn and gazpacho.

c: pale yellow
n: minerals, hawthorne blossom, apricot
p: viscous but crisp, pineapple, honey, rich finish

Another winner from the hot 2003 vintage in Austria. For a federspiel,
this wine had guts galore and went marvelously with the salmon. I have
no idea if it will improve any with aging, but it's a very attractive
package right now.
