With beef ravioli, marinara sauce and cheese the 2000 Napa Valley Cuvaison
Cab (95% Cab, 3% Carneros Estate Merlot, 2% Cab Franc) US $29.00 The color is a dark crimson. Lots of sweet fruit with plum, cherry, vanillia and pepper or spice? Very silky with a good, long finish. I think it will be one of my collectibles, as the winemaker gives it 7-15 years. Walter |
