Default TN: 08 Raphet Chambolle

Dinner was sausages roasted with mushrooms, bread, and arugula; wine was the 2008 Gerard Raphet Chambolle-Musigny. I like light and delicate, but this is approaching thin, Strawberry and red cherry, any tannin hiding, good acidity. Pleasant enough but not a lot of gas left in the tank. B-

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C
drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
