Default 2004 Sassiciaia

Found a 6 pack of 2004 Sassiciaia in my cellar that I had stashed on release. Still dark reddish purple. effusive nose of cassis, briar and animale. Sofy and smooth in the glass with a medium body yet full on fruit profile of black fruits,a hint of plum and raisin finishing with a pronounced black cherry. Secondary flavors of cedar and anise. tasty. A-/B+
