Default Off to several days of tastings north of Santa Barbara

Spending 4 days in Santa Ynez Valley plus tastings a far south as Santa Barbara. Already hit Jaffurs on the way up. Great B+ Roussane already. Also bought Petit Syrah from them as well.

Look forward to notes, would be interesting in visting that area. We spent some time in Cambria (a bit north) a couple years ago, but didn't visit any Santa Ynez wineries (we made it over to Paso Robles).

Went to Casa Du Metz Sonja Magdevski's winery in Los Alamos. She is great and the wines are wonderful. Dierberg in Lompoc, very good variety or wines including a several good Pinot Noirs and Syrahs, Moretti in Lompoc, and Brewer-Clifton in Lompoc. All good wines and best value at Casa Du Metz. Dinner at the Hitching Post but no Miles.
