Default [TN] '10 Ameztoi Rubentis

Last night, I made a paella and with it opened a bottle of:

2010 Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina 'Rubentis' (10.5% ABV)
nose: light strawberryish fruit,
palate: crisp, light, refreshing

This rosť was purchased last summer, but our absence has meant that a
few bottles lingered in our cellar. Clearly less vibrant than it was a
year ago, it's most likely a victim of the fake cork it's sealed with.
Drink up now if you have it.
