Started 3 weeks ago in Paris and traveled to Auxerre where we Stayed
an and old but restored ruin to visit Burgundy. Had great meals with
wine at Chablis!

Also, just left Domme, La tour de cause in Castel Naud et St Cybranet
Dordogne, and now in St. Emilion.

Obviously the Food and wines have been amazing but also the
hospitality is beyond compare.

Had the best Fois GRAS and duck confit ever in the Dordogne. It's
like where this stuff started. The amazing thing is that confit is
regular food not high brow. That's like everyday stuff, Can you
imagine a chain of Kentucky fried chicken doing duck confit? Amazing.

Well after we leave Bordeaux we go to Saint, then La Rochelle then
last few days in Paris!
