Anybody help with wine opener?
 

I've had a tabletop wine opener for years. I never use it cause it
don't work. Here's what happens. When you push down the lever, the
worm spirals down into the cork. Problem is, when you pull the lever
back up, the worm spirals back out of the cork. What have I been
missing all these years?
