Default TN: Chateau Suduiraut 1975

I bought 6 bottles of Chateau Suduiraut 1975 soon after release and
have stored it properly. This bottle had a low neck fill and had no
cork or other issues.

The color is now full gold. The wine is rich with considerable
botrytis character and with enough acidity to balance and in general
rather classic Sauternes.

The year 1975 was in general very good in the Sauternes region, but
back then some of the well known properties produced rather ordinary
wines even in the better years.

This Suduiraut had a very slight vegetative note which I could have
done without but which might be considered a merit by some others.
However it is a very good wine. However it is not as rich and complex
as the 1975 Yquem.
