Chinon, Gy Saget 2007
2007 Guy Saget " Les Tenanceaux" Chinon
It has been a while since I have tasted a wine with this much finesse and charm. The nose was a little weak, the color bright medium deep, but the palate! soft gentle, light red fruit, and then 15+ seconds of finish.
