Default [TN] '05 Fleur de Laussac

Tonight, with inclement weather imminent, we hunkered down for a night
at home and cooked a rack of lamb with orzo and broccoli. A suitable
lamb wine was found in the ready-to-drink rack:

2005 La Fleur de Laussac Côtes de Castillon
nose: plummy, dark berry fruit, brambly
palate: medium body, moderately tannic, fruit, good acidity

Another of my mixed sampler case from Crush, this was a simple but
decent Bordeaux. It certainly could go a few more years and might even
improve some, but it's appealing now for its direct fruitiness.
