2005 William Fevre Chablis Fourchaume 1er
I opened at my farm (deer season) last night with roasted pheasant.
Fairly tight nose of lemon and wet stones. Very firm on the palate with focused minerality, citrus and a hint of vanilla. Bright acidity and well rounded mouthfeel on the finish. Each sip seems to start out tight then open on the palate and becomes rich and klemon curd on the finish. Nice. "A": |
