Default update - '04 Chave St. J

This bottle, which we opened for Jean's birthday on Sunday, has been
sitting recorked in the fridge since, half-full. Tuesday night I
revisited the wine to find it richer, with lots of green olive
character, still with some bright red fruit and a low-level amount of
meaty funk.

Still more remains, so expect further updates. Meanwhile, hang on to
those bottles for another 4-5 years, I'd say.
