Default Ch. Guirauton Graves Blanc 06

Last night with sauteed scallops and basil lemon butter sauce. I really
like Graves with seafood and this @US12 bottle delivered nicely. A little
grapefuit but not too acidic (my enamel didn't suffer) nothing really fancy
but a solid SB with the mediating effects of Semillon.

My first Graves was a Ch. La Louvière and ever since I have been partial to
the whites from this appelation.

Definitely fits in to the post crash budget without giving up on style.
