Default Another Grignolino

Last night Betsy did an herb-rubbed pork tenderloin with a "roasted
ratatouille" on the side, I opened the 2005 Cascina Tavijn Grignolino
d'Asti . Light and lively, nice light cherry and strawberry fruit with
a little bit of a pleasantly bitter edge. Floral, a little earth. I'm
not looking for profundity in Grignolino, just a (very) light, food
friendly wine.Fits the bill perfectly. B+/B
