I'd like to add some notes of caution: Shipping laws change frequently. So, to be sure, contact the appropriate state agency directly to confirm the information as presented at wineinstitute.org. I don't know whether their data is reliably up-to-date, or not. Also, the various summaries (the map and the list of states) are necessarily, but deceptively, simplified. Be sure to read up on the details of each state's regulations. BTW, it is NEVER legal in the US for an INDIVIDUAL to ship wine, regardless of the carrier. The laws outined at wineinstitute.org only apply to bonded wineries. Andy |
