Default Food & Exercise -- 12/16/2006 (yesterday)

Well, Earthlink's news server finally came up late yesterday -- lost
all the messages for the week it was down, though.

Anyway, yesterday I went to my hip-hop cardio class in the morning. In
the afternoon we went to an investor's open house at the winery. I
splurged a bit at the open house but it was pretty much in place of
lunch so calories came out fine -- nutrition probably not quite so
great :-). (And today we're going to a definite splurge -- champagne
brunch. I will go for a run first, though.)

Food:

* 7:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated asiago
* 11:45 (driving home): energy bar
* 1:30 -- 3:30 (winery): 2 oz. wine (just barrel sampling); 10 oz.
mulled wine; 1 1/2 oz. prosciutto; 1/2 oz cheese; 1 oz smoked salmon
on two crackers; 8 small cookies
* 7:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup

Totals: 1459 calories (39 from alcohol), 42g fat (26%), 140g carbs
938%), 118g protein (32%)

Averages for the week: 1481 calories, 24% fat, 31% carbs, 36% protein

Exercise:

10:30 -- 1 hour hip-hop cardio class

I apologize -- I posted this to the wrong news group! (I mostly just
read this group; I participate actively in a diet newsgroup.)
