Default brussell sprouts

Hi;

I am in the North Eastern U.S.

When do brussell sprouts come into season, I have not seen them in my
market anywhere.

Thanks

Steve

In the UK I would expect them to be starting to appear around
about now, but it's been a very odd year as far as growing is
concerned this year - I'm just getting a second crop of strawberries!
- so it could be as late as December, I guess.

Steve, we have been finding brussels sprouts for the past couple of weeks
here in Virginia. They've been really good! I don't know where they're
from, but they've been great.

I have found that in the Pacific Northwest the best time to eat them is
late fall to mid-winter. They're nice and sweet and not pungent tasting at
all. Granted we're on opposite sides of the continent - I wouldn't think
that the brussel sprout season would be much different for you.
