Default Egg-free Mayo

On the back of the Ener-G Egg Replacer package is this recipe which I used
successfully. It wasn't bad. But next time I will use half the sugar. I
used a stick blender.

Egg Free Mayonnaise

6 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Replacer (PACKED)>
4 tablespoons water>
1 teaspoon sugar>
1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar (I used white wine vinegar)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup oil (I used olive oil)
