Default Best Bagel Ever.

Pretty self explanatory, really - my favourite bagel ever.

All you'll need is:

* 1 bagel (any kind)
* 1 tbsp green pesto
* Soft cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
* 4 mild whole peppadew peppers, halved

1. Now, just slice the bagel in half and toast
2. Spread one half of the bagel with the cheese, and the other half with the pesto
3. Arrange the Peppadew peppers to cover the bagel
4. Put the two halves of the bagel together and eat it!

How about you guys? What are your favourite bagel fillings?

Soft cheese, cream cheese, quick melt - they are my favorite. This sounds really yummy.

I love just an open faced bagel, cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sprinkle some pepper and some garlic salt. Simple and tasty!

I love an onion or "everything bagel, preferably from the East Coast, toasted, smeared with cream cheese, a little mustard, a slice of tomato and avocado. Alternately, another great treat is a toasted bagel, cream cheese and some guava jam. I lean towards the guava jam our kitchen makes, but a jam of your fav choice will also do.
