Default Protein Powder

Has anyone here ever baked using protein powder? If so, does it lose
anything from the baking process?

I don't think so. My Mom used to make these muffins using soy protein
powder. They always turned out fluffy and moist, yet pretty dense --
eating one was enough to fill you up. They were great for road trips.
