Default Vegan Cookbooks that use ordinary ingredients for simple recipes?

Hi;

I have been getting questions from a lot of people thinking of giving
veganism a try.

One thing they ask me for is a list of cookbooks that only use
ingredients that can be found in most supermarkets and have mostly
simple recipes.

I have no idea being blessed with a variety of natural food stores in
my area.

Can anyone recommend such books?

Thanks

Steve

I don't know of any vegan cookbooks that don't have a few unusual
ingredients, but "Conveniently Vegan" by Debra Wasserman has many quick
and simple recipes using convenience foods.
