Leeks in mustard sauce
 

Made this the other night - it was very easy and pretty good.

Saute chopped leeks in butter until done to liking. Add a spoonful
each of English mustard and creme fraiche. Mix until the mustard and
creme fraiche are incorporated, then serve with some black pepper
ground on top.
