Vegan (alt.food.vegan) This newsgroup exists to share ideas and issues of concern among vegans. We are always happy to share our recipes- perhaps especially with omnivores who are simply curious- or even better, accomodating a vegan guest for a meal!

You've dragged out *43 years*, Skanky. You have to create your own
"atmospheres" complete with a "penis patio" (whatever the hell that is),
you spend your time watching soap operas, and you smoke pot -- all
feeble-minded attempts to escape your do-nothing, worthless reality.

One last serious question before you passively get cut off from
answering: why did you change the name of your site from skunkytown to
scentednectar?

Too late! Looks as if the ISP did the ol' snip-o-rooney on her
service.

I hope the door DID hit her fat ass on the way out.

What part of her whining do you not comprehend, dummy?

My ISP will be discontinuing it's usenet
in 2 weeks. I won't be turning to giganews
or any other paid usenet service.

OTOH, *you* were pro-active when you lied and said you were giving up
usenet and said your cheerio. You were just disingenuous:
I don't watch much tele. In fact I don't think many people
on Usenet do. I'm going to take your advice though and
quit it today. I've gained all I can from it over the last five
years, thanks largely to you it must be said, and it's time
for me to move on to something completely different. Only
time will tell you how sincere I am about this decision. You
can certainly count on it though, so I'll say cheerio and hope
you wont think you've been a complete waste of my time.

Ok, one last serious answer. If you had
bothered to research further, you would
know that Adobe (who bought the Atmo
program) discontinued it. They also made
changes to it that made some older 3d
chat worlds not work anymore. Now they
all don't work. Skunkytown 3d was an
incredible piece of art created mostly
by myself and a guy I know. We built a
fun adult world complete with a train ride
in the air and galleries, both adult and
not. It was great fun. People visited
from all over the world. Your archive
link only shows the page from before it
was built. Once Atmosphere was
changed and no longer worked for my
Skunkytown, I let the domain expire.
Now Atmo worlds don't work at all unless
you have downloaded the browser
plugin before it was discontinued. I
have a lot of great memories from
Skunkytown. People showed up wearing
'avatars' of all sorts. It was a riot and we
all had a lot of fun there. Chat was
uncensored and so were the avatars
people created and wore to visit there.
People were friendly and not insulting
the way you are. My friend and me
had a wonderful time building 3d objects
and the train ride was built by someone
else who knew how to program such a
thing. I miss Atmo a lot. There was
nothing like it. Originally it was called
3dAnarchy and I was a beta tester from
day one. There was also an adult themed
sculpture garden as well as the galleries
and central chat area. Long live Atmo.
In my heart it will never die. I made
many more worlds too which I can now
only visit from my hard drive with no
chat. I made mazes, gardens, houses,
etc. What creative things have YOU
made?

I was about to ask the same of you, boy, because her quote
below this sentence shows that my comment above is true.

Scented Nectar, 1 Dec 05

As we can see by that quote, she has used Google, which
proves that the first half of my above comments is true.

As for the second half of my comment, she hasn't mentioned
that she doesn't have a credit card, but that didn't stop you
from lying to the reader by inventing a bogus quote from her
claiming she doesn't, did it?

"I don't have a credit card." was a quote YOU wrote and
attributed to her. You lied. When are you going to apologise
for lying to the reader, usual liar? I've asked you several
times now, and each time you've avoided doing what's
right by snipping my request for your apology away. You're
hardly the Christian you claim to be if you can't bring
yourself to apologise for the lies you spread around, are you?
Your claim in being a Christian is clearly just as false as your
earlier claim in being a vegan. In fact it would be foolish to
believe a single word you write here after considering the
known facts about you.

She glanced at it, and, being the pig-headed,
unadaptable, inflexible skank that she is, simply
rejected it out of hand. Despite being a low-brow
skank, Skanky has a bizarre princess complex. She
expects the world to cater to her, entirely on her
terms. That's not a good attitude in anyone, but it
really is bad when you're a bottom-feeder as she is.

We know she doesn't have one. I'm pretty certain she
said it herself quite some time back, but even if she
didn't, we *still* know she doesn't have one, just
because of knowing how constrained she is: no car,
low-end job, always whining about money. She doesn't
have a credit card because she isn't credit worthy, and
her parents wouldn't co-sign on the credit application.

No, she tried it and didn't like the format. The first half of my
comment stands as true: "She knows how to use Google groups ..."

No, you don't know that at all.

No, she didn't. usual liar authored a quote she never wrote,
claiming she didn't have a credit card, and then attributed it
to her as her own. He lied.

>> "I don't have a credit card." was a quote YOU wrote and

As we can see by my above comment, usual liar had nothing
to support his claim about SN not having a credit card, so he
intentionally misquoted her to make it seem that way and lied
to the readers here while doing so. He owes us all an apology
as well as SN, but being the type of person he is he'll avoid
doing anything like that.

Being that you've repeatedly declared to leave "this cesspool"
and still remained under multiple identities, where do you find
the nerve to criticise SN for declaring to leave?

I had a nice long and productive break from this
cesspool, and from you in particular, and I intend to
make it permanent. New Year's resolutions and all that...

When we consider your declarations to leave "this cesspool"
over the years and 'usual suspect's' hypocritical silence
over those declarations, neither of you have any room to
criticise SN for hers. You've both made a bit of an arse of
yourselves over this; usual suspect in particular, because if
he did have a valid complaint against her he wouldn't have
had to lie about her the way he did.

Its knowledge of how to use Google Groups was not in
question; rather, its flexibility and adaptability to
be able to continue using it in order to remain a
participant are what's missing. It just doesn't have it.

That meandering, rambling bullshit wasn't an answer. It was a waste of
both your and my time.

Why would I have wasted even more time? I found the posts you made under
"Skunky" and found the links to your old site.

With good reason. Shockwave kicked its ass. Adobe went with the better
program in their arsenal when they took over Macromedia. It's not in
their economic interest to support antiquated software that had limited
appeal.

That's called *progress*, dummy. There are three kinds of people: those
who innovate, those who adapt, and those who PASSIVELY **** AROUND
SUCKING OFF THE INGENUITY OF OTHERS AND THEN WHINE WHEN THINGS CHANEG
AND LIFE PASSES THEM BY YET AGAIN. You're in that last group. Loser.

It was bullshit. It was your diversion from living a normal, healthy,
balanced life.

I hope you have some great ones from here, too, since you've yet again
decided to passively let others dictate your fate. Unfortunately, it
appears you learned very little despite all the advice offered to you:
you only changed from saying "killing animals is wrong" to "killing
animals is mostly wrong" -- and that was a (ha!) concession to your own
convenience and your own tastes. What you really meant with that
meaningless change is that it's okay to kill animals to put the food YOU
like in YOUR (pot)belly.

> People were friendly and not insulting

They were losers just like you.

You illiterate ****. "My friend and I..."

It's dead, Skanky. Adobe won't revive obsolete software so pot-smoking
slackers in Toronto can avoid reality by making their own phony worlds.

> I made many more worlds too which I can now

Maybe some day you might pull your head out of your smelly old ass and
insert it into the real world around you. Doubtful, though, given the
fact you've kept it pretty far up there for 43 years.

> I made mazes, gardens, houses,

You wasted *all* *that* *time* ****ing around something that's been
rendered obsolete; you didn't adapt to any changes, you didn't come away
with anything useful and applicable to other software or to earning an
income. You have nothing to show for your fiddling around but a hard
drive full of your bullshit diversions to remind you that you did
something so utterly meaningless with your life and with your time.

You didn't really expect anything else, did you?

Good riddance to her skanky pimply fat pizza ass. It
was fun pounding on her, but probably not really worth
the effort; there are better forms of exercise.

You *should* ask questions, Dreck, before jumping to conclusions.

Ipse dixit. That denotes she's at least looked at it, not used it.

I must have been too caught up in being mad
about the first one needing a credit
card number.
-- Skanky, 4 Dec 2005

She should be mad at herself for not having one (for wasting her time
making phony worlds and watching soap operas), and for lacking the funds
it would take to access usenet outside of her ISP.

She probably blames it on the fact that she's yet to win a lottery.
She's often chalked up things like car and land ownership to "luck" --
as though those of us who plan our lives out well enough that we can
afford things have just been fortunate rather than diligent -- and
related her own retirement to winning a game of chance (so the odds of
her retiring are about 1 in 21 million):

What will catch up with me,
if I'm lucky enough to still be
alive and healthy, is retirement.
-- Skanky, 19 May 2005

I feel quite happy and lucky that
I will be able move rural when
I retire.
-- Skanky, 30 April 2005

Oh well, there's always lottery
tickets. That's my early
retirement plan!
-- Skanky, 23 April 2005

I would love to live in the
countryside actually. If I won
a lottery, one of the first
things I'd do is move there.
-- Skanky, 3 April 2005

Luck has a lot to do with it. [land ownership]
-- Skanky, 20 May 2005

The luxury of working until
full retirement? It isn't a luxury.
It's a necessity. If I won the
lottery I would give up that
'luxury' in a flash.
-- Skanky, 6 May 2005

Not unless I win the lottery
or a rich person dies and
leaves me everything. It's
just not affordable for me.
I don't have any realistic
opportunity to grow all my
own food until I retire and
can live wherever I want,
provided that I'm still able
bodied by then.
-- Skanky, 6 April 2005

But short of winning the lottery, that
won't happen until I retire and even then, not
to the extent that I could grow ALL my own.
-- Skanky, 31 Dec 2004
["that" = actually practicing what she preaches]

I'm an average consumer and do buy some commercial
foods. Unless I win a lottery, that's not likely
to change until I retire.
-- Skanky, 27 Dec 2004

If I won the lottery, I'd retire today.
-- Skanky, 11 Jun 2005

Short of winning the
lottery, I must wait before
I can afford to live rurally.
-- Skanky, 8 April 2005

She doesn't like the format, so it's true to say that she knows
Google exists and can use it to continue here if she wanted to.
She clearly doesn't want to because she doesn't like the format
after using it.

>> As for the second half of my comment, she hasn't mentioned

That doesn't say she hasn't got a credit card. It only means
that she didn't want to use it for an on-line subscription.

"Thanks, but even for their free service
they want my credit card info. I don't
like the idea of giving that out over the
net. Especially for something that's
supposed to be free."
Scented Nectar http://tinyurl.com/dybso

From that it's certain that she does have a credit card but doesn't
want to reveal her credit card info for a service advertised as
free. You haven't a case, boy, and lying to the reader by writing
fake quotes hasn't helped you either, I'm glad to say. Once
again I have the pleasure in showing the reader what a liar you
are. Thanks for that, liar suspect.

you havent had a credit card for over 7 years because you are on
invalidity support, so why have a go at somone else? I thought you said
you were leaving the group. You have said nothing in support of animal
welfare over the last few months. the only reason you are here is to
have a go at everyone else. Pro active; my arse

All you lot seem to be saying is " I,m the only vegan in the village"
without doing or saying anything veganistic. You all just seem bent on
trying to trip everyone up on their grammer, interlect or moral basis.
None of you have a chance to sort anything out as a whole. You should
all be together instead of bitching with each other as to who is the
dominant interlectual. You're all a bunch of garden fence gossipers
with no objective other than to discredit each other instead of working
with each other. If i visited this site in10 years time i would still
see the same silly squabbles instead of any real uniform progress. Why
dont you get on with the real job instead? You are all trying to outdo
each other with false acedemia without making a possitive influence on
the question in hand which is animal welfare. What a sorry lot you are
and what is the purpose of this group except for trying to undermine
each other.Get a grip and get on with the purpose of this site .You are
all taking things too personal instead of getting on with what you
think is important, which is a union set to discredit animal abuse,.

You *really* do live in your own little made-up world don't ya
~jonnie~?

SN kicks your dwarf lard ass regularly............and you love it.

You are doing everything you can to get her to stay. It's so cute.
Almost like puppy love.

Probably makes Scented Nectar puke at the thought though.
