Default carbon dioxide and animals eaten

Writing in july Physics World, British physicist Alan Calvert
calculated that the animals eaten by people produce 21 per cent of the
carbon dioxide that can be attributed to human activity.
Where can I find this article? I'd like to read it but there's no trace of
it on Physics World web site.
Anybody can help?

The nearest I got was that it was in the July 2005 edition of Physics World:

Alan Calverd stresses he is not a vegetarian himself , nor is he
convinced that CO2 emissions are entirely responsible for climate
change, but he argues that livestock reared to be eaten produce 21 per

He says vegetarianism has no adverse health effects and his proposal
required no new technology.

And he points out that scrapping livestock farming would free up huge
areas of farmland which could be used to produce biofuels to further cut
C02 emissions.

He adds that it takes about 60 per cent less land to produce a given
quantity of fat and protein from plants than from animals, and without
livestock production, the world would be in food surplus.

It seems that livestock are a significant contributor to CO2 emissions.
Does anyone know
if wild animals or grass fed cattle are an equally significant
contributor or whether breeding
or unnatural diets are responsible?
