Vegan (alt.food.vegan) This newsgroup exists to share ideas and issues of concern among vegans. We are always happy to share our recipes- perhaps especially with omnivores who are simply curious- or even better, accomodating a vegan guest for a meal!

I agree. It is very readable, if of suprisingly high journalistic
quality......especially for these days, and is an eye opener.

It even blew away the omnis I know who read the book.

FWIW, the dvd version of SUPER SIZE ME has an interview with the author
of the book on it. It is quite good.
