Soy Protein and estrogen???
 

I am newbie at eating vegetarian, eating lots of products with soy protein.
My friend says that means eating lots of estrogen. Being a guy, should I be
concerned? Is there anything to the notion of estrogen hormones in all the
soy products (Soy milk, Tofu dogs, etc)
