You already do compare based on guessing. You guess that commercially grown
imported rice is a better option than locally raised chicken.

The only data we have is the number of crops
needed for animal production vs. the number
of crops needed for plant food production.

That's all we have numbers for, with a few
exceptions such as the outrageous amount
of cds in shrimp fishing.

No, you don't have such information killer. You actually have NO
information, as you have done, lets see, oh yeah, exactly zero research.

If we base cds on crop usage, vegans
win hands down.

I was giving a much worse example. Why
would I talk about rice, when I'm giving a
much worse example.

You don't base anything on "data", you base it on the flawed vegan notion
that *zero* animal products is THE ideal with regards to health,
sustainability, and animal harm. All this blabbering about data is just so
much hand-waving.

Without data, a guessing game begins.
I don't play that game.

You either "play a guessing game" or you operate without any rational basis
at all. You have chosen the latter course because that option allows you to
feel good about yourself. .

I have made statements based on what little data
we do know. Beyond that who's to say? We don't
know the average number of cds per crop, except
for some fringe foods on each side of the counting
game.

That's it. You're not allowed on my
streetcorner any more. No more
discounts for you!

You know, you lose so much credibility
when you insult, that you must have
a very strong urge to do it. One that
you are powerless to resist, since
logically you must know how it makes
you look.

The data we have, since you didn't
read it the first 400 times I wrote it,
is that it takes many more times
the amount of crops to produce
a pound of animal products, than
it does to make a pound of vegan
food.

The conclusion is that IF the
alleged cds are happening, and
they are happening during crop
growth, one must conclude that
animal products cause more
cds than vegan products.

Only if they are fed crops grown for that purpose. If animals are not fed
crops grown as feed, or if they are only fed by-products and/or waste, then
no cds, or relatively far fewer cds, accrue to them. So once again the valid
conclusion is NOT "vegan food is always and automatically better" as is
incorrectly believed by virtually every vegan in existence.

Why do you assume that the growing of byproducts
and the waste don't accrue cds? Maybe extra
ones because of the processing involved. How
many mice get trampled in the fields by your pastured
cows? The cows that only eat waste and byproducts,
is that healthy? I feel it's extra unhealthy to eat the
bodies of unwell animals.

The ratio is huge of grain to finished pound of
poultry, pork, or beef compared to the grains a
vegan uses in excess to what the meatarian eats
grainwise.

You eat grains too, don't you? Everything from
gravies made with flour to breads, what grain
items do you eat?

Whose excluding rice? Do you have
data on how many cds per pound of rice?

Even your pal Jay/Rudy admitted some of
the high feed to end product ratios. The
lowest was poultry at about 3:1. For other
animals the ratio was much higher. I didn't
save that post, but it was interesting.

You'll only talk about your game meat. You never
mention what other meats you eat and you never
mention what grains and produce you eat. You
never mention what milk, cheese or eggs you
eat. Interesting. If I didn't know better, I'd say
you just ate meat only.

Back when you were posting as Jay.
Where you got the info from, I don't
know. Maybe someone else reading

Yeah it did. This is the first time you're

No, it didn't. You have me confused with someone else (excessive pot

You haven't asked any.

You're the one making wild and unsubstantiated claims based on your
diet. It's appropriate that I ask you questions to demonstrate you
don't know what you're talking about and are simply making it all up as
you go along.

So what? The point is that NO grains need to be fed to the animals I eat.
Your focus on food that neither you nor I eat makes your religious agenda
look extremely foolish, killer. But then, being an ignorant fool comes easy
for you, doesn't it, hypocrite?

No fool. I don't talk about game meat that much at all. That's just
another of your strawmen. An attempt by you to avoid the serious killing
you do for your selfish convenience and entertainment.

You never

What an idiot. I have posted to YOU what I eat. And newsflash, game is not
a very big part of it at all. Kinda hard to be when I don't hunt, you

Well, I'm pretty sure it was you. If I find
out it wasn't, you'll get a warm fuzzy
apology from me. Feel better?

Look up to where it says "You eat grains..."

Like I've said a zillion times now, you don't
have to believe me. Do your own research
if it's important for you to analyze anything.

I know who it was.

That wasn't asked of me.

No one in his right mind would. You're a pothead marginal, you're
incoherent, and you're a liar.

Who? And thanks for acknowledging that
the list was indeed posted.

No, it was asked of Rick.

By arguing that they are misguided and/or out of place by trying to change
the opinions of a vegan.

If you have received any enlightenment from it you haven't demonstrated any
of it.

That might make you relevant, as it is you are simply sniping ineffectually
from the sidelines. The only thing interesting about you is how utterly
foundationless your position appears to be.

Did I hurt your iddy-biddy feelings somewhere, is that it? Does he need a
big hug?

Hmm. If we follow this reasoning then, arguing with an anorexic or drug
addict would be an attempt at control. Unfortunately, it has been you
who has been arguing to change the opinion of a vegan, namely SN.

If the act of giving one's opinion, constructing an argument and
challenging the argument of an another constitutes an effort to control,
I do have some questions. You are then likely to view this as an attempt
by me to control you, so I will pass on the opportunity.

Interesting. The reliance on the medical community to support your
position does pose some problems. Like any free market system, there is
no agenda on the part of the physician or counselor to help people to
continue in their self-destructive behaviour. A doctor without sick
people has no livelihood. A counselor with no addicts has no source of
income or ability to feel good about themselves. An addict with no
counselor has no one to feel sorry for them. An addict with no counselor
has no one to lie to and manipulate.

How could *you* hurt *my* feelings? I think you overestimate your impact
on me.

And you have been attempting to intervene, as if it had anything to do with
you.

My comments to SN are none of your business, you are attempting to stifle a
debate between two adults. You offer no material constructive input, simply
naysaying from the sidelines.

My estimate is based on clear evidence, your obsessive dogging of my tracks
attempting to find holes in my arguments. You have been trying for a couple
of weeks, ever since I rebuffed your first attempts convince me I was
bullying SN.
